Our wine list is more than a list of known Domains & Chateaux.

For Frédéric, the Chef, there is nothing more exciting than chasing wines around the globe and compiling a list of treasures to share.

Today the cellar regroups more almost 600 references that offer both biological wines and beautiful classics from renowned domains.

Frédéric Chabbert is rewarded since 2020 Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence.

The iconic chocolate tart

The chocolate tart is one of Dôme’s true icons, a timeless house classic since the opening, and still available today to take-away for the delight of chocolate lovers.

Depending on your appetite it can easily serves 8 to 10 persons – € 50,00 per whole tart.
